Yes. You read that right. Greece has fallen...or at least the camp that has catered to Greek demigods for over three millennia has fallen. Camp Half-Blood had a traitor in their midst. A traitor with powerful allies who quickly burned the camp to the ground. Some were lost, some killed, and the rest who remained began the long trek across the country to the only place where they might be safe: Camp Jupiter.
Chiron banded what campers they had left, told them of the other camp and sent word to Camp Jupiter pleading for shelter. Chaos now threatens the camp daily with the arrival of new Greek campers to this foreign camp. This camp with strange customs and rules. While on the Roman end the Praetors are forced to hold up a balancing act of providing sanctuary while also trying to find the traitor before their home suffers the same fate as Camp Half-Blood.
New alliances are forged, new enemies are made, and these two worlds have to find some way to work together for the future of them all. Which side are you on? Which position will you take? It's time to jump in the fray because Greece has fallen.

Claire couldn't help but laugh when he said he had a date. "Oh then we definitely don't want to ruin the pretty face" she teased lightly. Claire meant nice but she couldn't help but tease her friend a little bit. It was just who she was and she would never wish and ill will on her friends. She brushed a few strands of her hair out of her face. She listened intently to his suggestion to keep the stables safer for all the horses. "Yeah that might be a good idea. They last thing we need is a unicorn or something getting hurt and freaking out and injuring someone" she said to him. It was that very thing that made her glad they didn't rely on beads but their tattoos.
"It is either I help you or go start another round of training. I got no messages to run so why not be productive and help a friend" she said with a smile. Very few would volunteer to help clean the stables but really she didn't mind. "Besides maybe you can catch me up on this whole date of yours. It's been a while since we had time to just relax and chat" she added with a light grin on her face. She wasn't lying though they both were often busy. If she wasn't training she was running messages, that and Castor was Centurion which kept him busy too.
Claire reached over and took the the brush from him. Brushing was an easy task to say the least, nothing like mucking the stalls. She moved to give the unicorn a good brushing while he did his part. "Besides your doing the dirty work" she stated looking over at him with her blue eyes.
Claire gave a simple shake of her head holding her ground for the moment. Her blue eyes locked on him as she kept a sturdy stance. "But telling you gives you the upper hand...besides if you believe you are so good I shouldn't have to tell you my next move. Or was that all a lie" she teased back. Claire rolled her shoulders carefully. If he wanted to play that game of taunting she could play it too. Claire was stubborn much like many of her half siblings. But despite frustration and anger she knew how to keep her cool. Unlike some of the others she knew.
Claire had more than just the spear. If she needed she could simply ditch it for the smaller knife. After her charge she turned back quickly with a simple pivot. Clearly her taunting had gotten him to attack. She may have been smaller than him but what she lacked in size advantage she made up for her quick footing. She had turned in time to watch him make an attempt to slide and knock her feet out from under her. She had made an attempt to jump to the side though he did cause her to stumble slightly. She was quick to regain her footing.
She knew best than give him much time for recovery. Ditching the spear she drew her knife that was at her side. When in doubt strike when he was getting back up. Much of an attempt to mock his own slide she ran at him and then gave a similar attempt to slide into him. Surely if he wanted to wrestle she needed to think quick. If he got her on the ground he would have the advantage over her, purely because of size.
Claire didn't plan to give up until it was over one way or another. Win or lose she would still learn a valuable lesson.
Claire smiled when Astrid seemed to understand where she was coming from. Many just thought she worked to hard. To Claire it was simply being productive. "Exactly" she said. She returned the spear to rest against the bench once more. She figured she could use her dagger again. Running her fingers through her hair she looked to Astrid calmly with her blue gaze.
Listening to Astrid calmly nodded in understanding. The Greeks sudden arrival had certainly changed camp dynamics. Claire didn't exactly like them here, mostly out of the lack of trust. Of course Claire wouldn't exactly admit to her dislike of them. Of course she was in no way the only one who shared that view. "I completely understand...they certainly have mixed things up a bit" she noted. Though as he motioned to the Spatha she smiled at her. "Yes I would rather not be stabbed. I can take a hit but that is a whole new level. Maybe once your finished we can think about sparring" she replied with a light laugh.
When asked about how she had been Claire gave a soft shrug. "You know same old, same old. Running messages back and forth, training and finally getting a chance to relax at meal time. Other than that I am fine" she said with a smile. Claire rarely reflected back on how she was doing. Most days it was constant action be it running messages or her training. Not that she wasn't used to it.

Aurora wasn't even sure why she was here. Maybe it was the tiresome nagging of her half siblings to go out and do something. Her arrival here at camp Jupiter had not been easy for her. Back at Camp Half Blood she refused to break the heart of someone who meant too much to her. Though it seemed after everything the inability to give up that he was gone hurt more. Though she often wore a smile on her face is was only a mask to the pain she felt beneath it.
She was not planning on going but here she was at the barracks of the third cohort. She was dressed in a nice pair of jeans and a simple purple blouse. Her hair was braided over her shoulder carefully. Though she wore no jewelry and little makeup, her natural gift of beauty shown through. A soft smile played on her lips as she found herself standing off to the side. She wasn't exactly sure where to start. Her siblings that had brought her urged her to talk and flirt with some of the guys. Aurora wasn't so sure about that.
She knew little to none of the Romans, most weren't exactly the fondest of the Greeks. For some the feeling was mutual. Aurora didn't mind the Romans. Though their ways definitely were different than their own. To the Romans the Greeks were nothing more than refugees ruining their way of life. In a sense they were but they had no where else to go. To be outside any barrier of safety would certainly mean death for groups of demigods would simply attract monster after monster.
So here she was trying her luck. If she was lucky maybe she could find a friend, anything to take her mind off her deepest fears.

Claire only glared at him with frustration. If looks could kill certainly this glare would be among those that would. She gripped the spear in her hands. She listened to his words but she only half listened to them. In the meantime she was calculating her next course of action against him. Most because he showed no sign of taking the offensive. "Like I would tell you my next move" she told him.
Claire still had her dagger at her hip but to use it she would have to get closer than normal. It could definitely come in use later. The heat was getting to her but she waved it off. She had dealt with armor on a warmer day than this, and trained in it. Yes it slowed her but no where near as much as heavy armor would have. Circling him carefully she watched his form carefully. She hoped he would break even a little. "What too scared to attack yourself?" she teased lightly. She hoped it would cause him to taunt her back and maybe let his guard down.
If that worked she would move him and strike at his side. And if it didn't she would charge but last minute roll to try and get behind him and strike from behind with her dagger. Dropping the spear just as she rolled. It was probably a terrible idea to drop it but she wasn't exactly defenseless having her dagger with her. Sometimes having multiple weapons came in handy.
Claire had begun swinging and lunging at the air with the spear. She was testing out a combination of strikes and blocks. More or less working on timing and footing. Her hair fell into her face from time but she ignored it for the most part. Claire her softer personality had landed her in the third Cohort, not that she minded it all that much. A lot of her siblings were often in first Cohort. To some she was not as good. It was part of the reason she trained as much as she did. A way to prove herself just as good as them, no matter what cohort she resided in.
Claire had noticed Astrid's approach before she had reached her. Spotting her first out of the corner of her eyes and then hearing her footsteps. As she heard her get nearer to her she slowed her swings before coming to a stop. She lowered the spear so that the tip of it rested in the dirt beneath her. She leaned against it slightly. With one hand to ran her fingers through her dark hair pushing it out of her face.
The daughter of Mars grinned to Astrid at the sound of her comment. "I mean that totally depends on the day. But this definitely beats wandering around camp bored" she said. She hadn't spoken to Astrid in sometime. They had crossed paths on occasion but most times Claire was in the process of running a message to the Praetors and couldn't stop to talk. "It has been far too long since we have had a good chance to just chat" she pointed out. She moved toward her bag and grabbed her water bottle before taking a drink of it.
[attr="class","THREAD1TAG"] WORDS 291 Astrid Hawke
Claire's blue eyes watched her brother carefully. Seeing him with the cup of coffee coming to training was a bit amusing. She simply lowered the spear and held it tightly in her grasp. She shook her head before giving him a light shrug. It took a lot to bother her and he certainly didn't bother her. Actually she was used to his remarks at this point. "What were too tired to fight me," motioning at the coffee in his hands with a smirk. As for the armor it does not mean I am scared to fight you. And don't go easy on me because I certainly won't go easy on you" she said.
Claire knew he was arrogant and sometimes could be a real gluteus maximus. Though she was used to it, having dealt with people just like him growing up in foster care. That and as arrogant as he could be she would give 110% in training. She always did. She never expected anyone to go easy on her and she never went easy on them. Third cohort or not she didn't care. Even if he seen himself as better than she was.
Her gaze never left him though in that time. She watched as he wave her on. Him standing there sipping his coffee. She half had the temptation to knock it out of his hands. Of course she wasn't that mean to do that, though it had crossed her mind. She charged him aiming to thrust at him before trying to bring it around and trip him. If that didn't work she would simply leap back and wait to see what he did next. Her blue gaze attempting to analyze his posture and anticipate his next move.
Claire had been very into her training ignoring most of her surroundings. She hadn't even realized she was being watched. Though she hadn't showed too much signs of stopping anytime soon. Though her side pained her she simply ignored the pain pushing herself further. Many known her to be stubborn and now wasn't any different. She needed to improve and that's exactly what she planned to do.
Claire hadn't expected to be interrupted during training and quickly turned to have a look at who distracted her. She gripped the spear but was careful not to hurt whoever was behind her. She may have been annoyed by the mild inconvenience but she brushed it off. The part that did bother her was he pointed out her injury. Eventually she would have gotten it treated but she had been set on finishing. She gave the blonde boy a shrug. She recognized him from being in the second cohort.
Claire being as stubborn as she was played it off as nothing. "It's nothing serious...just a scratch" she told him. She lowered the spear so that the tip of it was in dirt beneath her. She leaned on the shaft of the spear crossing her arms over each other. Her blue eyes looking him over. Other than the grimace at the sudden movement earlier, she showed no sign that she was in pain. In fact she held a serious expression upon her face.

Claire couldn't help but grin at his comment as a result to her teasing. "Oh yes and that was certainly obvious from you sitting in the stall" she joked lightly. She was careful to keep the mare still as possible. She was well aware of how much trouble others could get into. Of course Claire on occasion could be one of those few who got into trouble. Most times it was an argument and she was losing her cool. Though in her defense there was always a reason behind it. She would never threaten a fight without reason, most of the time.
Claire watched as he talked to the unicorn to have a look at her hoof. "We don't wanna mess up the pretty face do we" she said with a smirk on her face. She was sure that the unicorn stayed calm and didn't move. She didn't want to be the reason Castor got hurt. She always tried to look after her friends. At least to the best of her ability. Though her attention turned to him after she removed the towel and took a step back. She moved towards him to inspect the charm in which he found. "That's what it looks like to me..." she said to him.
When he questioned about what she was doing before she gave a shrug. "Nothing of importance...wandering around mainly. You know cause I needed a break of training. What other work do you need done? Maybe I can make myself useful and give you a hand." she said in response. She didn't mind helping when she had no where else to be in the meantime.
Claire had had a rough go of training that afternoon. She had chosen to take on one of her older half siblings an hour ago and that had caught her off guard cutting her right side just above her hip. She had waved it off as nothing and kept going. Claire was never the type to baby an injury. If it wasn't going to kill her she was fine. This time was not different. Despite the crimson stain in her purple shirt she ignored it. It did pain her occasionally when she made certain movements.
The spar had been over but she chose to keep training. if the little slip up was anything to find improvement in she had to try. Gripped her spear with both hands she swung at one of the training dummies. She pivoted to the left quickly to turn into the swing but pain shot up her side causing a light grimace to escape her. It forced her to start over and this time to push through it.
Beads of sweat gathered on her brow from the extensive work out today. Taking a moment to catch her breath she scanned the area with her blue eyes. She had been at training for a few hours already and showed no real sign of slowing. Raising a hand to her brow she wiped the sweat away. She would roll her shoulders carefully and stretch her neck. Turning the spear in a few circles in front of her a few times before adjusting her footing to start up again.
[attr="class","THREAD1TAG"] WORDS 260 Noah Solberg
It was early afternoon and the sky was bright and weather was pretty warm. Claire had asked Jax her half sibling to spar with her. Both being children of Mars it could be a fairly interesting training session. Claire trained hard regardless weather or if she was pushing herself. One of these days she was sure to train to the point of collapsing. She trained to better her skills and be ready for whatever what was going to come her way.
Claire stood waiting for Jax to show. She was dressed in light armor over her usual t-shirt and capris. The light armor allowed her to move more freely and use her swiftness in combat. Heavy armor weighed her down too much. Though the downside was that light armor didn't protect her as much as heavier armor. She made up for it of course with a spear putting distance between her and the opponent. Her dark hair was pulled back into a simple ponytail. At her hip was her dagger close in case she needed it. In her hands she twirled a spear in large circles. She paced slightly as she twirled the spear growing impatient of waiting.
Hearing the sound of footsteps approaching from her side. Turning swiftly in a pivot motion she swung the spear in that direction. Of course she was careful enough to stop a short distance from whoever approached. Her blue gaze locked onto Jax with a smirk dancing on her lips. "Well it's about time you showed up?" she teased lightly. The chances were she was probably early as always. Rarely within reason was she ever late, let alone to training. Training meant far too much to the daughter of Mars to be late.
Claire couldn't help but chuckle at his predicament. Most times she was often the one getting herself into situations she needs help with. Not that she would ever admit to it of course. Though there was a few situations she had more or less picked a fight with a few campers who stole her dagger. The dagger never left her side not even now. So when they pulled a prank and took it while she had it in near herself while training. Let's just say she tossed a few punches. An angry Claire was not a pleasant thing. She could occasionally lose her temper but it took a lot to get to that point. Most times she could be calm and relaxed.
"Who would of thought a unicorn could get the best of Castor...I am shocked" she teased lightly. Claire reached over carefully for the towel but never turning her back on the mare. Last thing she needed was for the mare to freak out again. Once she hat it she moved carefully and slowly. Gently she draped the towel over her eyes. She made sure it was secure before even thinking of letting Castor get to work.
When she was confident that it would hold and that she would keep her steady she looked over at him with her blue eyes. "Alright I think she is good" she said to him calmly. She watched him as he worked. Claire had never been perfect with horses but she knew the basics from working in the stables on occasion.
Claire had just been passing by the stables upon hearing a bit of commotion in the stables. Most times Claire wouldn't have bothered and continued on her way to wherever she was head. However Claire really didn't have anywhere to be. That at the familiar voice of Castor reached her ears. She wondered what trouble he had gotten into now. Making her way inside her blue eyes scanned the stables. It seemed the Greeks had not only changed the dynamic of the camp but also the stables.
Making her way down the rows of stalls until she found him. The brunette sat there crossing her arms and shaking her head with a smile. There she found the dark hair male sitting in the stall with the antsy unicorn. "Hey Cas..I don't think your supposed to be sitting in a stall with an antsy horse..." she said with a smirk. She knew Cas pretty well for they were both in third cohort. In her opinion he was fun to hang out with and chat with.
Pushing her hair out of her face she stepped into the stall. She couldn't not help him out after all. She guided the unicorn backwards before offering her hand to Castor. "Are they giving you a hard time?" she asked. She figured she was here and might as well help him if he needed it.
It was a decent day and Claire used that for a training day. Between her training she stopped to catch her breath. She sat there twirling a knife in her hands absentmindedly. Though her attention was not on the blade in her hand but those in ludus magnus. The brunette observed the area with her blue eyes carefully. She wore a simple pair of capris and tank top for training. Her hair was left done, though it was a little bit messy from her previous training session.
Claire seemed in a decent mood today. No one had fouled her mood which was always a good thing. The usually pretty good about her anger sometimes things got to her. A pissed off or annoyed daughter of Mars was never a good thing. Let alone if she was holding a weapon. With a heavy sigh she got to her feet and made her way over to her bag. She looked to her dagger in her hands and then the spear leaning against the bench. Silently she debated on what she was going to do.
Upon some mental thinking she ducked the dagger securely in her belt. She never parted with it willingly. She remembered when she had first arrived and some kids as a break took it. She hadn't been happy about it and had lost her fuse big time. Ever since she kept it close by. Carefully she picked up the spear and swung it a bit getting a feel for its movements. Benefits of her father being the god of war, she knew how to use most weapons.
Claire comes off as tough and brave to many around her. Though she can be both she has a softer side to her. She is kind and caring to others. She is also curious and loves excitement and adventure. Though she isn’t someone you want to make angry because though eventually she will forgive you it can really anger her. She is not someone you want to see angry. Though at most times she can be relaxed about things, if something requires seriousness she can handle it seriously. Though if a decision comes to something personal to her it tends to be emotion that drives her. This can cause her to act recklessly and without thinking choices through. She will do anything for her friends, family and cohort. Though her curious and adventurous nature tends to land her in more trouble than it's worth.[break]
[attr="class","hopelovetitle"]BIOGRAPHY
[attr="class","hopelovetop"]
At Camp 5 years[break][break]
Most of her life she spent in foster care. She knew little of her birth parents. From a young age her adventurous and sometimes trouble-making nature landed her in many different foster care homes. Most couldn’t handle her so she was often at places for months at a time before moving again. Though most times it was just the lack of a normal home that caused her to often act out.[break][break]
At the age of 16 she had grown tired of foster care and the constant moving. So gathering what little belongings she owned she ran. Life on her own was never easy. Though after a while things got progressively worse. She had been away maybe a few months when her life changed. She was settling down for the night when the sound of flapping was heard. Upon inspection birds with gleaming metallic beaks. It immediately sent chills down her body. Her first thought was run.[break][break]
Almost as if reading her thoughts they dove down at her. She ran doing her best to keep them from hitting her face. A few managed to peck or shoot feathers at her. She was quick and ran as fast as she could. Many who were still out seemed confused by what they saw but she didn’t stop. There was a band playing in the park and it was pretty noisey. Hoping to lose the birds in the crowd she ran for it. Seemingly confused by the noise of the band they left. This gave her time to sneak away to the nearest alley. She had a few cuts along her back and arms but nothing serious.[break][break]
Exhausted she leaned against the wall and slid down till she was sitting. That was when her proclaimed father showed up. Of course she wasn’t sure what to think as she knew nothing of her mother or even her father. He explained who he was and where she needed to go. Given a small dagger to protect herself. She was confused having never used a weapon but had the basic knowledge to somehow wield it. It wasn’t long before he was soon gone and she made the journey to Lupa. The dagger certainly came in handy a few times.[break][break]
Reaching Lupa she trained under her for a whole year before she made her way at last to Camp Jupiter. Placed in Third Cohort as she was not always so eager to fight.[break]
Telumkinesis- Claire like many of her siblings and her father possess the ability to manipulate weapons. They also understand the basics of how to use weapons. Claire’s rare use of manipulating weapons causes her to have a hard time using the ability. She either has to touch the weapon or be real close. She also can only do one weapon at a time.[break][break]
Odikinesis- Though many of her siblings possess this ability it is the one she is least likely to use. She does have the ability to manipulate emotions of war or rage. If someone has a strong will the ability is not very effective and she can’t use it in large groups.[break][break]
Small Dagger- This dagger is made of Imperial gold with a simple black handle. Though not useful in many fights she keeps it as it was a gift from her father. When it comes to close combat it can be very useful.[break]
