Yes. You read that right. Greece has fallen...or at least the camp that has catered to Greek demigods for over three millennia has fallen. Camp Half-Blood had a traitor in their midst. A traitor with powerful allies who quickly burned the camp to the ground. Some were lost, some killed, and the rest who remained began the long trek across the country to the only place where they might be safe: Camp Jupiter.
Chiron banded what campers they had left, told them of the other camp and sent word to Camp Jupiter pleading for shelter. Chaos now threatens the camp daily with the arrival of new Greek campers to this foreign camp. This camp with strange customs and rules. While on the Roman end the Praetors are forced to hold up a balancing act of providing sanctuary while also trying to find the traitor before their home suffers the same fate as Camp Half-Blood.
New alliances are forged, new enemies are made, and these two worlds have to find some way to work together for the future of them all. Which side are you on? Which position will you take? It's time to jump in the fray because Greece has fallen.

From what Estelle could tell Thora was not from around here. Most likely a Greek or a very new Roman demigod. Though Estelle was still pretty hesitant as this was her own little place she went when she needed to get away. She was hesitant unsure what to say or do with this new interruption. It was late, far later than most would be out of the barracks. "I um...thanks...most romans are. Though that is nothing..." she said.
She was good with a sword but in the rain and storm she was in her real element. Between the wind and the energy of the lightning. She was improving her use of her flight abilities. She hadn't completely wiped out on the landing this time at least. She was unsure of Thora had actually seen. She wasn't sure how much of the training she had seen.
"Well good last thing I need is my Centurion finding me out here when I am not supposed to" she told her. Estelle was still kind of on edge but at least and relaxed her grip on the blade so she didn't appear to threatening. "I am Estelle..." she told her. She ran her free hand over her face and wiping away some of the water that fell into her eyes. Sneaking into camp soaking wet would certainly be an interesting task.
Estelle had looked forward to the training session. It had only taken a few minutes to find a decent spot for them to actually spar in. She set her bag off to the side. Her grey gaze watched as he undid the heavy shield. Estelle normally didn't bother with shields unless absolutely necessary. Often times they were heavy and slowed her movement. Of course she got in a ready stance as he did.
Though she hadn't realized someone approaching until it was too late. That was when he was suddenly grabbed. At that moment she realized this planned spar was over. Of course she was disappointed but there was little she could do to intervene now. A light frown crossed her lips as she dropped her ready stance to a relaxed posture.
She gave a nod of understanding to him. "Yeah of course...always another day. Maybe next time it won't be because you ran into me" she said. She offered a soft reassuring smile towards him. She gave him a wave as she moved to collect her things. She figured to could find another clearing to train in on her own.

Estelle had been up late that night out in the rain. She couldn't say she was too happy with the interruption. The only relief was that it was just some Greek and not her Centurion. Though that morning she had guard duty which kind of exhausting having been up late. Then again it was her own fault. Though she had no chance to grab breakfast or lunch. She definitely looked forward to dinner that evening. Though other than that exhaustion she was feeling great and charged. The storm had certainly washed away any miserable feeling she had felt before the storm hit.
Though she could of gone and napped she found herself heading for the Little Tiber. It was often a place she went to relax but also where she could find Meadow. That's when the familiar curly hair of Meadow could be seen. She quickened her pace to go sit beside her. Though Estelle quickly caught the bag with a light laugh.
"Of course I didn't get caught, when have I ever. I had guard duty this morning" she told her. She took a seat beside her and took the sandwich out of the bag. "Thanks...I am starving missed breakfast and lunch" she said. Estelle pushed her blonde hair out of her face with a bright smile. Her grey gaze looking over to Meadow. "How was your day?" she asked.
[attr="class","THREAD1TAG"] WORDS 231 Meadow Stone
[attr="class","THREAD1CONTENT"] Estelle had been swinging at the air for a long moment. She didn't care for the rain or the brewing storm. In fact she welcomed it happily. She charged forward summoning the wind to keep her up. But instead of lifting her up at once she used it like steps to move higher and then jump back down with a simple strike at the air. She stumbled slightly as she landed but she was still practicing and working on the landings.
Estelle had not planned to be found outside of camp barriers. She technically wasn't supposed to be out here but the urge of the coming storm had drawn her out. So upon hearing rustling of the brush behind her she immediately grew alert. Her first thought was a monster had tried sneaking up on her. Or it could be a Centurion which would mean she was in trouble.
Turning swiftly to face whoever approached her blonde hair whipping around. Her grey eyes gleaming in the moonlit sky. The grip on her sword tightened ready for an attack but it never came. She stopped herself when she spotted another girl in the clearing. Her grip loosened on the sword but she didn't yet relax. She didn't recognize her from around camp. Her first instinct was she was a possible Greek demigod.
To say Estelle was a little frustrated was an understatement. She wasn't the biggest fan on being snuck up on. Let alone when she was training and holding a blade in her hand. Had she attacked first and asked questions later, Estelle could of seriously hurt her. "Sneaking up on someone with a sword is a stupid idea...and no one followed you right?" Estelle replied. Estelle had to ensure her spot she went to was safe from a Praetor or Centurion showing up.
Estelle didn't mind accompanying him to Ludus Magnus. It definitely beat wandering around bored. "Sure why not, much better than wandering around camp bored" she told him with a smile. Though she seemed happy and chill she was dying for a good storm to roll in, at least around camp. A daughter of Jupiter could only enjoy the calm water for so long. "Maybe after some time at Ludus we can head back to the mess hall" she offered kindly.
She had the idea of testing out a few new maneuvers she had been working on for a while. They were still not the best and most times she had rough landings. She followed him walking in pace with his stride as they began their walk. Though the calm slow pace was destined to be cut short by Isaak's centurion. She turned back grey eyes attempting to find the source of the call.
"I am so going to regret this ain't I" she said with a light laugh. She said it mostly to herself before moving to catch up with him. It wasn't that hard as she didn't carry a massive shield with her. A simple Spatha at her hip was all she had. Her hair was still loose and whipped around her face as she took off. Though with her hands she pushed it away and caught him grinning wildly. With a glance back she was aware the Centurion had stopped giving chase.
Estelle gave a light shrug to him at a response to his comment. Though she picked up on his sudden concern as a result to her reasoning. "Oh yeah..I am fine it missed me by a few inches. It was a simple accident" she said to him. She was glad to have Sam. He was indeed the brother she never had growing up. She was an only child so when she arrived at Camp Jupiter she wasn't used to having siblings. It was a change but was surely a welcome one. Especially because she loved hanging out and sparring with Sam. He just seemed easy to talk to.
When she faced him and felt the similar sadness to that there were no storms in the forecast. She wasn't sure how much longer she could handle all this nice weather without going stir crazy. It almost made her tempted to summon a storm herself but certainly that would cost more energy that it was worth to do. Couldn't enjoy a storm if she was too exhausted from creating it. "Well that certainly sucks...it has been too long. And a prayer to dad doesn't sound like too much of a bad idea" she said.
Estelle watched as he played with the wind as he twirled his sword. She was half tempted to try her flight abilities. Of course she was still getting the hang of it. She couldn't get that far and maintain it for extended periods of time. Though she had been practicing with combining it with a few maneuvers for attacks. Though at least four times she failed the landings and found herself landing on the ground rather roughly. It was all a learning process. One couldn't learn without trying. Estelle gave a soft laugh, "We will see about that...I have been working on some new moves" she said.
Estelle got in a quick stance and raised her sword. Though she held a playful smile on her lips, her grey eyes were filled with determination and focus. She circled him carefully watching him and planning her moves mentally and quickly. Downside to sparring often was they often learned to read each others moves. Knowing how the other would defend or attack. Estelle often tried switching up her plan action. This time was no different. She charged quickly and moved to strike right before simply pivoting and striking left. The playful smile fading the moment she charged.
Estelle offered a soft smile to him. She watched as suddenly turned around in fear that his Centurion was right behind him. Certainly she would have told him if there was anyone coming, but the road was empty. "Sometimes running away from someone makes you faster" she joked. She shrugged it off though as her grey eyes looked around and then back to him. Estelle did not care for bragging all that much. It didn't bother her, though she wasn't one to brag herself.
Though she found it amusing as he tried to hide behind her. He was taller than she was and he certainly couldn't hide the shield. "You know that's not the greatest hiding spot...not with that shield and me being as small as I am" she said with a laugh. When he stepped back in front of her she was shaking her head with a smile.
Though Estelle had initially planned to to the Barracks she was wondering if she should just go back to training. "I was actually heading to the Barracks but now I am not sure where I will go. Maybe back to training or something" she said. Estelle gave a light shrug of her shoulders. She tossed some of her blonde hair over her shoulder. "If I was I wouldn't have minded grabbing you one" she added.
The evening was young but the young blonde had finished all her tasks for the day. That and for one evening she was free of guard duty. Though camp was often devoid of things like rain an snow, the outside wasn't. The formation of a thunderstorm outside the barriers that protected camp had certainly caught the attention of the daughter of Jupiter. Though it was probably breaking the rules the temptation was all to much for her to let it slip away.
Of course she was sure not to go out unprotected. Out there she may have had the energy of the storm to feed off for her abilities but still it was best to travel with her Spatha. Who knew if monsters lurked past the barrier. Her sword strapped at her hip she made her way through the trees. There was a clearing she often traveled to when she did head out. This was no way the first time she had snuck out. For her she enjoyed the rain and the feel of the wind on her face. She was in her element in storms, though many might fear storms. Sometimes super perfect clear weather was tiring to her.
When Estelle reached the clearing she had a quick look around to ensure no one was around. Especially not some sort of monster. The rain was just starting to fall and she let it fall onto her face with joy. A smirk crossing her lips as she stood out there. She could feel the storms energy, the lightning in the clouds, the wind blowing through the trees. Of course Estelle wasn't just coming out here to sit in the storm. She was going to make use of the storm and the wind around her.
Estelle drew her spatha swirling it in her hands slightly. She swung a few testing swings at the air. Then she righted her footing and ran a series of strikes at nothing but air. Each swing having the force of wind behind it. Her long blonde hair was at this point plastered down to her head and face. Not that she minded it one bit. Of course sneaking back to the barracks soaking wet was going to be interesting.
Estelle patted the ground beside her motioning for to have a seat with her. She figured maybe Kadence could relax and enjoy the silence with her. Estelle didn't mind the company and she was sure it would help. "Maybe relaxing will help get your mind off it" she suggested calmly. Estelle always tried her best to help others in anyway she could. Even if it was the smallest acts of kindness. It was the least the daughter of Jupiter could do.
Her grey eyes watched her calmly unsure if she would accept the offer. "Their presence has definitely changed a lot of things here...hopefully things can calm down enough to almost be normal again" she said calmly. She could only hope things went back to normal. Or at least as normal as a demigods life could be. It almost seemed impossible though. The tensions were everywhere and the clashing of personalities was worse than anything else.
Though when she brought up vacation she couldn't help but let small laugh escape her lips. "By the gods I wish...vacation would be nice but between not exactly having real money to pay for some fancy vacation or the fact a monster would probably ruin it would be difficult." she said. She couldn't remember the last time she acted like a normal kid her age and went on vacation with her mother or graduated high school. Being a demigod kind of made that a bit harder for most of them unfortunately.
"Hey really I mean it, don't worry about it" she told her calmly. Estelle knew well enough everyone had bad days. Surely herself was included in that category. Sometimes bad days just couldn't be helped. Often times it tended to be a day in which the weather was clearly far to nice for her liking. She enjoyed storms they seemed to giver her an energy boost of sort. Without it sometimes she just felt awful and miserable. There was also days where her training just wasn't up to par like she wanted it to be.
Of course everyone knew about Kadence's visions. Estelle was very sympathetic towards her knowing it couldn't be easy. It seemed every demigods abilities had its flaws. Many looked up to the children of Jupiter because of their father. Though she couldn't imagine what visions were like. She had seen some that knocked her down and it wasn't a good sight. Most could control themselves and their flaws, except well Estelle got real pissed. However Kadence couldn't stop them.
"Ah yes the Greeks..." she said. It wasn't that she hated them or anything. She was just unsure if they could be trusted. Wasn't everyday that Greeks showed up in your camp and now they live alongside you. It changed camp dynamics and she certainly didn't like that.
Estelle had nearly forgotten about training with Sam. Then again she had been relaxing by the little Tiber only to nearly get shot with an arrow. Not the best ending to what was a relaxing moment. Then she had to sprint all the way back to he barracks for her things. Today certainly wasn't going as she had planned. Though finally she was headed to the Field of Mars. She could already see Sam getting a head start.
Though if there was agreeance the two children of Jupiter shared was the love for storms. Maybe she could convince him to go out of the barrier with her during one. She doubted he would have any objections. It was certainly worth the ask. Of course growing up she had enjoyed storms. She remembered nights she would curl up by the window seat of her home and watch the lightning and the rain on the window. It was always soothing to her. It wasn't until she learned who her father was that she learned to understand why she had been drawn to storms.
Though that was the past. She was definitely running late, a lot later than she had hoped. Rarely was she late, in fact most times she was early. Though today she had her own reasons for being late. Estelle stopped dead in her tracks as Sam pointed the blade at her. With her free hand not clutching her bag she pushed the blade to the side carefully.
"Well now that's not how you greet a sister" she said with a laugh, "but yes I can explain why I was late. Almost got shot with an arrow by Kadence". Stepping past him she tossed her back next to his. She pulled her hair back into a quick ponytail. She retrieved her own dull Spatha and twirled it in her hand for a moment. "Let's not waste anytime...but I definitely suggest the next storm we sneak out and train out there. Could be interesting when we both are at our best" she suggested with a smile. "Maybe then you will actually be able to beat me," she taunted.
Estelle was well aware that anyone else having been knocked over might have thrown a fit. Estelle on the other hand had a lot more control of her anger. She had learned that the hard way after getting a little angry towards a camper and giving them a bit of a shock. Of course she hadn't in anyway meant to harm the camper. She simply just lost her cool. Since then she had learned to control herself a bit more. Besides the kid hadn't caused any harm, just a slight inconvenience.
Estelle's grey eyes looked him over trying to figure out who he was and where she had seen him before. She felt as though he was third or fourth cohort but she could easily had been wrong. Though unlike many of her fellow legionaries in her first cohort she was a lot more relaxed. Of course she could be serious and work a lot harder when the need came to it. Estelle was a bit more chill about it. Though Estelle's face wasn't smiling about the whole situation she had no intention of doing anything.
Though when he claimed to being chased her grey gaze followed his behind him. Push blonde hair out of her face she observed him and taking notice of the bread. "I can only imagine as to why a centurion is chasing you down" she said to him. Either he wasn't being truthful or the centurion had since given up the chase of the boy. Though as he introduced himself she nodded as he spoke his name. "Well Isaak I am Estelle" she said calmly. Now that she had a name she thought over again what cohort he could be in. The name made it much easier to pinpoint. She then remembered him to be a member of third cohort.
Estelle was enjoying the silence that surrounded her. That was until the silence was broken by the whizzing of an arrow flying past her face. Her first instinct was to duck in case there were any other arrows incoming and reached for her spatha. Though not long after the arrow a voice came running over with a string of apologies to follow. Had Estelle been sitting just a few feet over and she would have been hit with the arrow. That wouldn't have been very great for her or for Kadence. As to not worry her any further and hopefully get her to stop apologizing she waved it off. "Don't worry about it I am unharmed" she said.
Her grey eyes watched the red head ramble on about what happened. All that mattered was nothing happened which should have been a relief in itself. "I am alright I can ensure that one...not even a scratch" she told her. Estelle had set her sword back down now that the threat was figured out as nothing but an accident. "And this is why I don't use a bow" she said with a warm smile dancing on her lips. Estelle would stick to her own weapons that she had control where they landed.
"As for why I am out here...the silence and just a good relaxing day. Been training all day as well and what better way to unwind that sitting by the river away from everyone" she said with a shrug. Most would be hanging out with friends or still training. Not Estelle, of course she enjoying hanging out with friends but sometimes it was beneficial to just be alone with your own thoughts sometimes. "I can ask why you were practicing with a bow all the way out here" she pointed out kindly. There was no annoyance or any hint of anger whatsoever. She was merely curious of how all this came to happen.
Estelle was free of guard duty and long since finished her training that afternoon. It was evening now and had found herself sitting on the bank of the little Tiber river. She was dressed in her usual purple shirt and a pair of jeans. She was barefoot in the grass as her sneakers and socks laid just off to the side. Beside her also was her spatha that she had recently spent sharpening.
The young blonde was relaxed and leaning back on her hands. Her blonde hair was left to fall freely behind her. Her grey eyes watching the water as it flowed on by. She was not sure on why she had chosen this spot in particular to come and relax. Maybe because it was peaceful and silent, except for the sound of the river itself. Estelle could sit there all day and not get bored.
Of course she would eventually have to go back. Dinner was in the next few hours but until then she made no plans to leave this spot. She had clearly worked hard enough all day to warrant a time of relaxation. Tomorrow was another day and she could train then. That was unless she had guard duty she needed to be present for. But to her knowledge she didn’t.
Estelle was having a good day for the most part. The weather was nice and no trouble had yet to bother her. She saw today as a fairly productive day of training. Of course the day was still young and well she could easily have kept working on it. Though today she had worked hard and focused a few things she needed to work on. So now she figured a small break would not hurt much. If she wanted to train she could go back to it in an hour or so.
Estelle’s long blonde hair was left down to fall over the shoulders. Though the slight breeze cast her hair to fly around a fair bit in an untamed manner. She would simply push it out of her face and behind her ears so that she could see. As a large gust threw a large section to cover her face she had slowed to fix it so that she could see where she was going. The last thing she expected was for someone to run into her.
There she fell to the ground with a sudden annoyance. “Hey watch it!” she called out of instinct. Her grey eyes looked up as she shoved her blonde hair out of her face. A heavy sigh escaping her lips as her gaze spotted the grin dancing on his lips. No remorse for mowing down another camper. She took the offer of his free hand to get back to her feet. Immediately moving to brush off her jeans and purple shirt. “I am just fine..” she stated towards him. There was some hint of annoyance in her tone but she otherwise showed no sign of anger. She straightened her shirt once she was settled again. “Why in such a hurry?” she asked simply.
