Yes. You read that right. Greece has fallen...or at least the camp that has catered to Greek demigods for over three millennia has fallen. Camp Half-Blood had a traitor in their midst. A traitor with powerful allies who quickly burned the camp to the ground. Some were lost, some killed, and the rest who remained began the long trek across the country to the only place where they might be safe: Camp Jupiter.
Chiron banded what campers they had left, told them of the other camp and sent word to Camp Jupiter pleading for shelter. Chaos now threatens the camp daily with the arrival of new Greek campers to this foreign camp. This camp with strange customs and rules. While on the Roman end the Praetors are forced to hold up a balancing act of providing sanctuary while also trying to find the traitor before their home suffers the same fate as Camp Half-Blood.
New alliances are forged, new enemies are made, and these two worlds have to find some way to work together for the future of them all. Which side are you on? Which position will you take? It's time to jump in the fray because Greece has fallen.

Ena hated loosing. Sure she had won her heat of the race, but in the end laurel still went to someone else. A few friends from her cohort had told her she did well, but she wasn’t sure if they were just saying it to be polite. She couldn’t stand it when people said nice things just for the sake of being nice. Ena made sure she never said anything just to make people feel better. Why work hard at trying to feel better when you could put the same energy into actually being better? You didn’t learn from people being nice, you learned from taking a hard look at your failures. As hard as Ena was on others she was ten times harder on herself.
Objectively she had done well. The first heat of the chariot race had been difficult, but she fought hard and came out on top. She had received some injuries in the first round, and she had probably drained herself of too much energy by using her powers so much. Ena reminded herself that though she lost the big race, she hadn’t embarrassed herself by any means.Of course this didn’t stop Ena as she continued going over the details in her head, what she did wrong and what she could have done better.
Ena needed to stop obsessing over this, but it was hard to turn her thoughts from the race when her body was still so sore from it. Food would be a welcome distraction, especially seeing as they were serving some decadent food for the feast. When you were feeding and army it made sense to serve healthy foods to keep them in peak fighting condition. Tonight Ena fully intended to take advantage of the foods available.
She sat down at her table and began the process of washing away her sorrows in a sea of carbs. She didn’t bother to look up when she felt someone sit down next to her. Ena wasn’t exactly friendly or outgoing in the best of times, she had fully planned on eating in silence tonight. She heard a congratulations on the race and her eyebrow arched in annoyance as Ena silently debated if she should say thanks just to put an end to the conversation. But then, the woman followed through saying that she approved of how she treated her horses during the race.
Ena was willing to do a lot of dirty underhanded things for the sake of winning, but harming horses wasn’t one of them. She had seen a few people in the chariot race place attacks on their opponents horses, which just didn’t seem right to Ena. The horses didn’t ask to be part of a dangerous race, hurting them just seemed cruel. When it came to her own team horses she tried to guide them away from danger and did her best to push them on without resorting to using a whip. In Pegasus girl defined victory as competing without being cruel to horses, Ena was prepared to accept that compliment. ”Thanks. I was mostly just trying not to piss them off. Animals don’t really like me.”
Her fear and shadow based powers tended to make animals uneasy. Ena usually did her best to avoid them. She didn’t necessarily dislike animals, but she didn’t like seeing them act afraid of her.
This girl had sat next to her. Ena could probably use the distraction right now, obsessing over the race wasn’t doing her any good. ”How did the rest of your races go? Being a ref is a tough job.” Given some of the powers being thrown around in the stadium it wouldn’t be surprising if refs got injured almost as much as the competitors.
”Im Ena by the way.” she offered her name hoping the girl would reciprocate so she wouldn’t have to keep mentally referring to her as Pegasus girl.

Had Ena just offered to help train this girl? Yes in a moment of pity and general delusion, she had offered to help train her. Crap. Maybe Ena could blame this all of the head wound and claim she forgot about it later. No, that wasn’t an option. Ena offered to help and she could not back out now.
”Yeah, I’ll help train you. You will probably hate me by the end of it, but I will help you.”
Okay logically this was a good thing. If the Greeks were here they couldn’t just be a drain on resources, they had to be capable of helping out. Would training a newbie be annoying, yes. Would Ena probably make Evie cry, yes and undoubtedly more than once. It was going to suck, but Ena just had to remember that training someone was infinitely better than being in an emergency with someone who was useless.
No one really seemed to be sure exactly what happened to Camp Halfblood. It seemed reasonable to believe that if someone or something wanted to hurt Greek Demigods that badly, they might attack again. Camp Jupiter wouldn’t fall, they were too well trained. All of the veterans would come out and help if they were really in trouble. Still if an emergency happened Ena didn’t want to be stuck protecting a bunch of useless demigods.
Ena really didn’t want to ruin her reputation as the scary child of Pluto by being helpful. Ena didn’t want to end up with a reputation for being nice. Yet she offered help and now it needed to be done. Fortunately it didn’t need to be done right now.
Evie said that at Camp Halfblood people mostly trained to improve the things they had the most talent for. The concept made sense to a point, but a great band or a bunch of artists won’t help when monsters come. Ena couldn’t help but wonder what they would have made her study as a child of Pluto. Stick her in a graveyard see if she could speak to ghosts or raise the dead. She was pretty sure she couldn’t do things like that, but she had never put much effort into trying. She greatly preferred her own skill with shadows to the idea of messing with the dead.
”Wait, so you can actually heal people with your hands?” Naturally Ena had heard of this power before, she knew a particularly gifted healer in her cohort. Ena had shoed Evie away when she had been trying to help her, because she assumed the girl couldn’t really help. Ena hated being fussed over, and to be honest she wasn’t big on people she didn’t know touching her. If Evie had a healing touch, that was a different story. ”Sorry if I pushed you away earlier, I didn’t know you could actually help, I just hate being babied. If you can magically heal me that would be fine.”

Patience is a virtue. Honestly it was not one of the virtues that Ena usually exhibited very often. All the same sometimes it was best to wait for the opportune moment. When your two biggest rivals were busy taking each other out, that seemed like a perfect moment to hang back and wait. If one could successfully take out the other that would make things a lot easier for her.
She watched as the two chariots seemed almost tangled up together. Her shadows were strong but she didn’t think they would be quite strong enough to stop two teams of horses going at full speed she was going to have to be creative with this. The sun moved behind the clouds and shadows began to creep over the hippodrome. This was her moment she had to do something before the opportunity passed.
She made a shadows lift off the ground again. She wrapped it around the legs of the demigod driving closest to the wall. She closed the loop around his legs quickly and pulled back attempting to pull him from the chariot. He held onto the reigns for dear life tugging them backwards. He held on for a few seconds. being dragged behind the chariot before letting go. The horses had been trained to recognize that was a sign to stop. This wasn’t exactly what Ena had been going for, but it worked. Ena dropped her shadows, And steered clear of the two chariots that had been in the lead as she raced towards the finish line.
The two chariots were still tangled together and when the one team of horses stopped it also slowed down the other chariot. The finish line in sight Ena focused all of her energy on her goal. A sudden jolt of pain hit her and she cried out as a knife lodged itself in the back of her thigh. She glanced behind her to see that her remaining competition had thrown it. No doubt in an attempt to slow her down, he seemed to be making real progress recovering and untangling himself from the other chariot.
She couldn’t let this be the end. Tears were streaming down her face, the pain in her thigh was almost unbearable. She just had to hold it together till she crossed that line. Ena let out a howl of pain and anger as she urged her horses over the last hundred yards to the finish line. Relief washed over her as she crossed the finish line.
She had just barely won this heat of the chariot race. There was still a knife sticking out of her leg for goodness sakes. She was going to need to get Noah to help her with this. She was pretty sure he had said it was best to leave things in if you were stabbed but as she limped off of the chariot Ena was unable to resist the urge to pull it out. Somewhere in the back of her mind she was aware that the crowd was cheering but she was having difficulty thinking of anything other than her leg.
She had no idea how she was going to manage in the next heat of the chariot race.
[attr="class","THREAD1TAG"] WORDS (optional) @user
The chariot race was a notoriously brutal event and it seemed to Ena that mud had of the competition had already been thinned out. Sure there were a number of laps left to go. It was possible for someone that someone could fix up their chariot and renter the race, but catching up would be a near impossible task. Hopefully a few competitors had decided to sit the rest of the race out. Less people meant less chaos. Of course, less people also meant she was more likely to be singled out and targeted by someone.
She made use of the clear track ahead trying her best to gain some ground in the race. Of course this was short lived. Instinctively Ena’s head turned as she heard a loud blast. It had to be some sort of sound based power, that or one of the Vulcan kids had finally created something scarier than a gun. Ena noticed as Pegasus girl seemed to be hit, she cringed a little. Being a referee was a tough job, they got some of the danger and none of the glory.
The blast of sound hit Ena. For a few seconds she was completely disoriented. Her anger at getting hit raised something within her. She had felt this a few times before, she had the ability to manipulate fear but she had no control over it. When Ena was angry or afraid the fear tended to spread to those around her. It was strong enough to make her intimidating to her fellow demigods, but it was more than enough to absolutely terrify horses. Her team of horses jumped and whinnied in fear some pulling to the side to try and escape from their harnesses. Ena had to get control of herself. She took a deep breath, closed her eyes and attempted to reign in her anger. ”Calm down” she yelled at the horses utterly failing to use the smoothing tone she had wanted to use.
It took a minute or two of coaxing to get her horses back in order and running as a team again. More than enough time for a few chariots to overtake her. Now that she was behind she had a clear view of the chariots ahead of her. Coming from behind had been her plan from the beginning, she could do this she just had to stay calm and focus. She looked at the chariot in front of her and began to focus on the axel that connected the wheels of the chariot. She reached forward her arm extended with an open hand. The shadows beneath her opponent’s chariot began to come together. Ena closed her hand into a fist and the tentacle of shadow wrapped itself around the axel, she pulled her arm back and let out a grunt of effort. The chariot jerked backwards for a second alarming rider and horses alike. When the chariot began moving again something seemed off. If the axel had been made of wood Ena would have broken it, but the axel was metal she had bent it. A bent axel was still a real hinderance in the race. Her opponents chariot seemed to be moving much slower, the wheel wiggled, and there was an odd scraping noise every time the axel had to turn.
She overtook the chariot she had just attacked with ease. Now she just had to deal with her other opponents. The sun was shifting, and Ena hoped that soon shadows in the area would be more plentiful. Her time to dominate this heat of the chariot race was coming.
[attr="class","THREAD1TAG"] WORDS (optional) @user
Time seemed to be moving too fast and too slow at the same time as Ena attempted to take it all in. As planned she hesitated at the sound of the start, let her competitors go after one another. There was the rumbling of wheels on dirt, the thundering of hooves, and the clash of metal striking metal.
Any hope of strategy soon flew out of the window in the midst of so much chaos. Right now it was about trying to keep moving forward, no more no less. Swerve to avoid the toppled chariot. An arrow whizzed by her she heard it and leaned away at the last second. The arrow cut a stinging line across her cheek. Ena couldn’t let a small wound like that distract her. The first turn was coming up and she needed to focus on safely navigating the course. Keep focused keep going forward.
Her body jolted to the side as her chariot clashed against the chariot belonging to a child of Bellona. He let out a battle roar as he swung his sword attempting to cut the reigns on Ena’s chariot. She slid he sword in just quickly enough to make sure they didn’t get cut. They exchanged blows, he was unnaturally strong but Ena was holding her own till she felt a whip wrap itself around her wrist causing her to drop her sword. She spared a glance behind her at the person who had used the whip. There was no time she would have to deal with him later.
Now that she was unarmed she would have to get creative. She yanked the the reigns pulling her horses away from the child of Bellona, once she had a little distance she pushed right back into them pushing the chariot off balance. She looked at the narrow space in between the chariots and extended a hand calling out to the shadows. A black tentacle of shadow pulled up from the ground and slammed into the side of the already off balance chariot helping to tip it over onto its side.
Ena smiled triumphantly as she sped away from the scene of the accident. She had a lot of laps to go and a lot more trouble to cause. She may have lost her sword but she was far from defenseless.

Nothing? In Ena’s experience when someone answered a question with nothing they usually meant something other than nothing. Her eyebrow arched up as she attempted to figure out exactly what it was she wanted. Ena studied the woman who had spoken to her. She was blond, Ena felt fairly certain she had never seen her before, and most interesting of all she was riding a Pegasus.
They had said only regular horses were allowed in the chariot race. Ena probably would have seen if someone could hook her up with Hades hounds if alternate animals were allowed in the race. She had never actually seen a hellhound and had no idea if she had any affinity with them, but the idea of having a chariot pulled by hellhounds was undeniably badass. In any case, if this woman was riding on top of Pegasus then she must not be a competing today. That was really all that mattered, not that it was exactly impossible for someone to interfere even if they weren’t competing.
The whistle blew signaling for everyone to get in place. Ena felt like a bundle of raw nerves. They weren’t just preparing for a race, they were preparing for battle. Adrenaline was flowing and Ena was bracing herself for a real fight. This was going to be ugly she had to be prepared for anything, and if she wanted to win she had to be prepared to do anything.
And then the Pegasus girl said good luck?
”Oh? Uh, .... thanks” Ena said mildly confused. She did not expect niceness from anyone right now. She would have been thoroughly prepared if someone had insulted her. Ena had a mouth on her and excelled in the art of trash talk. Not to mention, being genuinely angry at the competition made it a whole lot easier to destroy them. Was this some attempt to mess with her? She was probably being paranoid it was impossible to know right now.
Ena shook off the friendly gesture and took her place on her chariot, one hand on the reigns the other on her sword. She looked left and right sizing up her competitors. It was easy to pick out the Haepheastus/ Vulcan kid, they had the giant chariot. She wasn’t even sure she wanted to know all of the nasty tricks built into that thing. Ena recognized a child of Bellona from the third cohort, she felt fairly sure she understood the type of threat to expect from that one. She wished she had been able to walk around and get a close up look at all of the chariots but she would see what they could do easily enough.
She reminded herself to stay calm. Her plan worked best if she was able to hang back a bit and let her competitors take each other out first. She took a deep breath and waited for the signal. Block out the cheers of the crowd, block out the fear, just get ready fight.

”Okay, that makes a lot more sense now. Ena said clearly relieved. If Evie had started out saying they ran into a chimera Ena wouldn’t have asked for further details. She had never personally run into one, but had heard enough stories to know they were formidable monsters. The mist could do strange things. She had been told time and time again in training that mist could make monsters look like harmless creatures for a time. It was something they were supposed to be on guard for when they traveled outside of camp. Getting injuries fighting a lion/goat/snake abomination that spits fire made a lot more sense then having trouble running into a five pound dog.
Still, Ena was kind of glad she had asked. Evie chattering away about the incident proved to be a good distraction from the pain. A trip clear across the country had to be challenging. Ena had seen plenty of Greeks entering the camp looking as if they had barely survived the journey. It sounded like Evie had to completely rely on her friend to keep her alive through the journey.
It was easy to look at all of the Greeks coming into camp and look down on them. They lacked training and discipline, and yes they were weak compared to the Roman legion. But whose fault was it that they were like that? Ena wasn’t sure exactly what the point of this Camp Halfblood had been if they weren’t training demigods to defend themselves. She couldn’t help but feel bad for Evie. It was tough to imagine just how scary it would be to travel across the country when you knew you would be facing monsters but didn’t know how to fight.
She could remember how scary making the trip up to Camp Jupiter had been. Okay, a lot of her fear had to do with questioning her own sanity and wondering if she was going to end up lost and alone in the wilderness. Still there had been a few close calls, and without her ability to use shadows to protect herself she might not have made it to Lupa.
If Ena had been sent to a camp where fighting wasn’t part of mandatory training would she have learned how to fight? If she had gone to a camp where they just had fun and sang songs around a campfire, would she have been able to motivate herself put in all the pain and effort to become a better fighter? Probably not. After five years in the legion it was hard to imagine herself as anything but a warrior. Her sword may have been standard Camp Jupiter issue, but it felt like a part of her.
It was really easy to roll your eyes and be annoyed with all of the clueless and weak Greek campers arriving, but they were victims. Not just of whatever misfortune caused Camp Halfblood to fall in the first place, but of forces in power that decided it would be okay to leave campers completely defenseless and ill prepared for life outside the safety of camp borders.
Thank the Gods they had made it to Camp Jupiter. It was a place where they would actually learn how to defend themselves. Sure, there seemed to be some Greeks who had no interest in learning how to fight or be useful. Ena felt pretty confident that there would also be people who wanted to get better and be part of the Roman legion. Who knew, maybe the Greeks could become the six and seventh cohorts.
Evie sounded impressed with the fact that Ena was in the Second Cohort. ”I’m definitely proud to be part of the Second Cohort. But, you can’t always tell who is the most powerful based on which Cohort someone is in. A lot of it is political. You occasionally get people who are in lower cohorts who are really powerful. You also get a few legacies in top Cohorts who only got there because they come from an important family.” she could think of a few examples but wasn’t going to spread gossip just yet.
Evie asked about what it was like to be in a military group. ”I mean, it was an adjustment at first. All of the drills, the discipline, I’m not a big fan of being told what to do. But then I realized what it was all for. It’s to make us better so we can work together to fight monsters, so that we can keep ourselves safe from any threat.” Ena continued to talk even though she probably should have stopped there. ”I mean it sounds like you really could have used some combat training. I mean what did they teach you at Camp Halfblood anyway?”
That came out harsher sounding than intended, but it was true. Evie’s friend might not be in the infirmary if Evie had known how to handle herself. Also, Ena was genuinely curious to know what it had been like at Camp Halfblood. Was it all about hanging out with your fellow demigods and having fun. Sounded pretty great if you ignored how completely helpless it left the people who went there.
Ena realized she should probably say something more positive. ”Now that your here, I could probably get you in on some of the drills and training. We can teach you how to take care of yourself, so you don’t have to rely so much on your friend.” She took a pause. She didn’t know if it was the distraction or the ambrosia taking effect but she was feeling better. ”Your an Apollo kid right, you’d probably be great at archery. I can’t help you with that though, I suck at archery.”

Ena gave the girl a look as she started to say sorry again. Seemed like this was going to be a difficult habit for her to break, well that was if the girl heeded her advice and actually wanted to stop apologizing constantly.
As expected the girl was one of the refugees from Camp Halfblood. Unexpectedly she mentioned running into problems with a chihuahua. The word around Camp was that the Greeks were weak. They weren’t an organized fighting force, and there weren’t many fighters amongst them. But running into problems with a chihuahua was especially troubling. Weren’t they the tiny little dogs that rich women carried around in their purses? There had to be a lot more to this story, or at least there better be. A five pound dog shouldn’t be able to stop a regular human let alone a demigod. ”Okay, I’m gonna need more details on the chihuahua thing.”
The girl rambled on, and Ena wasn’t sure if her head injury was making things more difficult to understand. She had heard that the Greeks were organized into bunks based on parentage. She had no idea what Hermès kids had to do with thinking this girl was a child of Apollo. If Hermès kids were anything like Mercury kids they probably weren’t the most trustworthy group. Of course playing with the emotions of an unclaimed demigod seemed a bit too cruel even for them. Having a parent who refused to claim you as their own had to be painful, especially in a system where everyone was organized by who their Godly parent was. There were a number of unclaimed demigods in the legion, even if it was never discovered who their parent was they all had a place within a cohort. Ena couldn’t help but feel a bit bad for Evie.
“I’m Ena. I’m in the second cohort, daughter or Pluto.” She said as an introduction. Plenty of people were scared of Pluto, and by extension afraid of his children. Evie seemed especially skittish and Ena hoped that she could handle this truth without getting even more nervous and apologetic.
Ena needed a distraction from the pounding in her head. You were supposed to keep people with concussions talking weren’t you? ”So, I don’t know.... do you have any questions about Camp Jupiter. How things run and stuff.” Ena had never been the best conversationalist, but she was trying.
[attr="class","THREAD1TAG"] WORDS (optional) @user
[attr="class","THREAD1CONTENT"] Ena didn’t like to complete, she liked to win. When the Camp Olympics was announced she knew she had to sign up for something, but the question of what hadn’t been quite as simple. Ena was a good fighter but she wasn’t exceptional, she knew there was no way she could win running against children of Mercury, and that left just one event open to her. The chariot race was going to be Ena’s event.
Ena wasn’t particularly good with horses. They were skittish by nature and Ena had a tendency to make everything around her scared when she got angry. As soon as she had heard the event was happening she had spent all of her extra time training with her team of horses. She wasn’t particularly gifted when it came to construction or design. Her chariot design was simple, sturdy enough to withstand a few blows but light enough for the horses to move quickly. Ena had called in a favor with a child of Vulcan in the second cohort to try and make her chariot as sturdy as possible. Her plan on winning came down to one thing and one thing only, her powers.
The chariot race was the one event where anything was allowed, and Ena intended to make full use of it. As a child of Pluto Ena had a unique power, she could manipulate shadows and give them physical form. Her plan was simple use the shadows beneath each of her competitors chariots to try and stop their wheels. Ideally she would pull on the wheels hard enough to throw chariots off course, break wheels and axels, and generally speaking cause chaos. Of course all of this was easier said than done. She could manipulate the shadows on a moving target, but she would have to take out competitors one at a time. Not to mention, she would also have to avoid the attacks her fellow competitors. In a field where so many had outfitted their chariots with all sorts of devious gadgets it was hard to know exactly what would happen. She had kept her plans for victory to herself, she could only assume the others were doing the same.
She paced back and fourth trying to think of various scenarios as she prepared for the chariot race. She had tried to learn as much as she could about her competitors, but that didn’t mean a whole lot. Outside of her cohort her powers weren’t widely known in the camp, she had to assume this was true of her competitors. Ena wanted that laurel wreath bad. She heard someone approaching and didn’t bother to look up and see who it was. ”What do you want.” she asked clearly annoyed to be interrupted like this.

The brunette looked alarmed and spouted out a string of apologies. Thankfully an actual healer swept in and helped Ena to one of the beds. As she laid back it felt like the world shifted and her stomach did a flip. She took a deep breath to settle the wave of nausea that had come over her. The healer sent the girl for bandages and ambrosia before turning his attention to Ena and asking what happened.
She hesitated for a moment before answering. Was it super embarrassing to be injured like this, yes. Would it be objectively funny if it happened to someone else? Yes. She decidedly share with the healer, maybe they needed a good laugh. ”Someone with super strength had a hissy fit and decided to chuck a broadsword across the training field. You know it’s a normal day at camp” Ena said with a healthy dose of sarcasm.
The brunette girl ran back with bandages and a piece of ambrosia. Ena took the ambrosia and popped it in her mouth. She closed her eyes for a second savoring the sweet taste. Ena wondered if the Gods made ambrosia taste so good as a way to help demigods not fear being injured. A head injury was a lot easier to deal with when you knew you were getting a decadent snack out of the deal.
The brunette girl was saying sorry yet again. It was annoying. Here Ena was with a head wound and this girl kept saying sorry. It was like she expected Ena to be the one to comfort her because she couldn’t handle seeing a bit of blood. Ena was the one with the head wound, she was the one that was supposed to be comforted. Not that she had a lot of tolerance for that either. ”Could you stop it with the I’m sorry stuff? Ena snapped at the girl.
That came out harsher than she had intended. Ena knew that she could be intimidating especially when she was angry. Back when she went to public school she had run into plenty of girls who over apologized for nothing. Girls were always often trained to be accommodating and to apologize just for taking up space, Ena had no tolerance for that kind of thinking. She lifted up her hand and applied pressure on her own would shooing the other girls hand away.
”Were you the one that hit me? No. Is saying sorry going to heal me? No. Never apologize to anyone unless you did something really bad to them. her voice was firm. She hoped that this timid girl would take the words as advice meant to make her stronger, and not criticism. The healer on staff mentioned something about getting some herbs and ran off leaving Ena alone with this girl. She might as well make conversation and keep herself distracted from the pain in her head. ”So, what are you doing here anyway! I’m guessing you’re new?”
You know what hurt worse than being cut with a sharp sword? Being hit with a blunt one. Ena had agreed to help train one of the newest additions to the second cohort. He was a son of Bellona who had a natural gift for sword fighting. Even with all of her experience it was taking all of her concentration to keep up with him. Which was the precise reason she hadn’t seen a broadsword flying through the air at her. Apparently a daughter of Mars had gotten angry and thrown her sword across the training arena, Ena simply had the misfortune to get in it’s way.
The flat of the sword had struck Ena right in the temple. She woke up with her face in the dirt with the sounds of arguing happening around her. It was embarrassing to get injured like this, but she wasn’t in any trouble. The Praetor ordered her to go to the infirmary to get checked out. She had been hit hard enough to black out, and there was still blood flowing down the side of her face. To be frank she was glad to go, after an embarrassing injury like that one she was in no mood for training.
One of her friends in the second cohort had escorted her to the infirmary but she insisted on going in alone. She stepped through the familiar doors and set eyes upon someone she didn’t recognize. After a few years in Camp Jupiter Ena recognized most of the people there, she didn’t know everyone’s name but she was pretty good at spotting someone new.
There had been a lot of new people showing up at camp lately, mostly survivors from Camp Halfblood. So far Ena hadn’t been terribly impressed by them, but to be honest she hadn’t spent much time with them. If they were demigods they had a right to earn their place here, but they did have to earn their place.
”So, you a healer or what?” she demanded in a tone that was grumpy at best. Usually someone entering the infirmary with a head wound demanded faster action, Ena glared at the girl as she clutched cut just above her temple. Ena continued to put all of her effort into standing upright, fainting twice in a day was something she refused to do.
