Yes. You read that right. Greece has fallen...or at least the camp that has catered to Greek demigods for over three millennia has fallen. Camp Half-Blood had a traitor in their midst. A traitor with powerful allies who quickly burned the camp to the ground. Some were lost, some killed, and the rest who remained began the long trek across the country to the only place where they might be safe: Camp Jupiter.
Chiron banded what campers they had left, told them of the other camp and sent word to Camp Jupiter pleading for shelter. Chaos now threatens the camp daily with the arrival of new Greek campers to this foreign camp. This camp with strange customs and rules. While on the Roman end the Praetors are forced to hold up a balancing act of providing sanctuary while also trying to find the traitor before their home suffers the same fate as Camp Half-Blood.
New alliances are forged, new enemies are made, and these two worlds have to find some way to work together for the future of them all. Which side are you on? Which position will you take? It's time to jump in the fray because Greece has fallen.

Deaspro looked at him wondering if maybe she should take him up on the offer. It would be a different view on things. Besides she didn't mind his company all that much. He was friendly to her and she liked that. "It would probably just be me...can't say I have friends all that much" she said shrugging it off. It was something she was used to and it didn't bother her as much as it probably should of. "I'll have to think about it...I am not the strongest of demigods around" she said joking lightly.
Thought the biggest shock to her was how shocked he was about her revealing some things about Camp-Half Blood. The very fact they stayed her all the time and had not contact with their family was sad. Of course there was always the risk to it all. Though she wondered how all these demigods could just ignore the outside world and their loved ones. She didn't understand that all too much.
"Yeah we could though for some like myself it was risky. Some of the kids of the minor gods and such could get away with going to school. Tried that twice and both times almost ended up mauled by a monster, downside to being Hades daughter I guess," she told him. "Can't say it was without risk, but I had to check on my family as growing up I was one who supported them" she added calmly. It was crazy just how different their worlds could be.

Deaspro smiled as he suggested stamina training. It was certainly an idea that could be tried. Though she doubted she would be doing any shadow travel for a while. The last thing she needed was to throw herself into a coma because she tried to over use her abilities. Deaspro figured he meant well and maybe he was right. "Well I can't say I work out so I wouldn't know the first thing about it. Maybe later you could teach me" she told him calmly. It was obvious he had an idea of what he was talking about.
Getting to know Camp Jupiter and all its rules was certainly a change from the more laid back Camp Half Blood. Things here was so much stricter and almost overly organized. She figured it was just a big difference between the two camps. Besides the few surely arrogant campers she had met Nathan didn't seem all that bad. Actually he was the nicest of those she met so far. Not to say she had met everyone or a lot of those her yet. Though Nathan definitely seemed to be the most helpful of them so far. "I am sure if I was late I could handle it" she told him with a shrug.
"Things don't seem overly different but guys are certainly a lot more organized than we are" she told him with a soft grin. She wasn't too shocked when they had certain places that were similar. "Well what do you guys have around here that is for fun? I heard you guys have a whole city here..." she said to him.

Deaspro was shocked by his reaction to her announcement of being Greek. Initially she expected backlash as she had been given earlier in one of her wanders around the camp. "I mean yeah I am..." she said biting her lip slightly. She rubbed the back of her neck slightly. "Yeah shadow travel in exhausting...even more so when travelling in numerous trips to get here. Can't say I recall too much of the trip if I am honest" she told him calmly. She wasn't sure how he would react to her explanation of her power but she hoped he didn't feel the need to leave after it. Many who first learn she is a daughter of Hades tended to avoid her.
"I know where that is at least, it isn't exactly hard to find if I am honest. But this place was closest to the barracks and I am well aware to where the infirmary is" she told him. Deaspro had learned where the barracks and infirmary were as soon as she came to and was able to sort of move around. Of course she would then later find the mess hall. Eventually she would learn where everything was.
"Well this a work out area so what this room has to offer is sort of obvious. I meant the camp itself" she replied to him. A weight room was guaranteed to have all sorts of equipment and devices. None that she herself was very aware of. She hadn't really used very much of it. Maybe a treadmill or something in high school but that was about it. Working out was just not her sort of thing. Often times it meant this place could get fairly crowded, and she didn't need a crowd.
[attr="class","THREAD1TAG"] WORDS (optional) Nathan Russo
"It's not as simple as it seems. The journey here wasn't an easy one. I brought myself and a few others across the country. What I did was stupid but it helped others. At the time it seemed like a good idea...left me unconscious for a few days" she told him. She had been referring to shadow travel the very thing that saved the lives of others and got them here quicker than normal. Of course shadow travel had its risks as did most things. Not only was it draining but it had weakened her a great deal by the time they arrived. As convenient as the ability was the more she used it the riskier it got. Anywhere from turning her molecular structure into shadow for a time or even putting herself in a coma. She had gotten lucky this time.
Just by looking at Nathan it was clear he worked out. From every feature of his body to the statement about helping her in this room. Of course she couldn't tell who his godly parent was but she had no intention on guessing or assuming. He did come off with a kind aura about him that made her feel welcome.
Though Deaspro was glad when he agreed to show her around. She smiled back at him kindly. "Well I am not really sure, this is the first place I found as I was looking around" she said with a shrug. She wasn't even sure what this place had to offer. "I don't really know what this place has to offer if I am honest" she admitted to him. From what she said it was obvious she was no Roman.
[attr="class","THREAD1TAG"] WORDS (optional) Nathan Russo
Deaspro was certainly shocked by his reaction but paid it no mind. In the past most at camp half blood knew her so often times new campers reactions towards her were different than his. Though she pretended not to notice as to not embarrass him. Though he seemed to believe she was just curious of the room she was in. Of course she was curious of this place as a whole. "I am curious about this entire place actually. This is the first day I have been feeling well enough to take a look around the camp" she told him.
Deaspro was not one to work out as it seemed many Romans were inclined to do so. Deaspro was fit naturally and often her form of workout was a simple jog or run. Life at camp half blood had certainly changed her life style choices. She still had the tendency to search for mischief or even search for a good party or two. She had a new found purpose. Though now she certainly felt on the outs as a daughter of Hades with few friends. She felt even more of an outsider than she had back at camp half blood.
She would learn his name was Nathan and smiled once more. "Maybe you can show me around the camp" she suggested. What better way than to ask a nice guy to show her around. Besides getting to know the people here seemed like a great way to fit in or at least try to. Maybe it would help her feel better.

Deaspro had just been looking around and when she had seen enough and was ready to leave heard the voice. The voice had startled her and she turned quick to see where it had come from. Her dark hair whipping around her head as he blue eyes locked onto the source of the voice. That was when she saw a boy with curly hair standing before her. She had definitely not had seen him before around here.
Though after a moment of silence she slowly ran what he had told her through her head. "I...no I am not lost and not looking for anyone in particular. Just looking around I guess" she told him with a shrug. She rubbed the back of her neck trying to act as though he hadn't just startled her. Her blue gaze was locked him. Merely she was just curious of this camp not not exactly lost. When she arrived she wasn't exactly in any shape to be given a proper tour of this place. Shadow travelling across the country even in smaller trips had been exhausting work.
Though it was then she forgot she hadn't introduced herself to him. "I am Deaspro..." she told him calmly. She knew immediately he was Roman but she couldn't exactly tell his godly parent. Some people you could just tell. Some could even tell who her father was immediately. Mostly as she often stayed to herself, though she was fond of parties. Though could come off as darker often times she wasn't. She acted tough around others naturally hiding her much softer side.
[attr="class","THREAD1TAG"] WORDS (optional) Nathan Russo
Deaspro looked about the group gathered. She stayed off to the edge more or less just watching. She wasn't even sure why she had come. The daughter of Hades remembered that day of the attack to clearly. She could feel the death around her and aside from the need to get out alive and that feeling it was too much. She tried to shut out what had happened and here everyone was trying to remember it. After that she had been set on just getting her and the others to safety and try and push past it all. She had lost friends too but was unsure how some lantern would help. Sometimes being the daughter of the underworld wasn't pleasant especially when surrounded by death. She should be used to it but when its your friends it can be overwhelming.
She watched as everyone gathered. She seen Romans among them and wondered why any of them bothered to come. Who were they remembering? They didn't lose anyone or their home. She crossed her arms over her chest as she looked around. Her blue eyes watching the crowd carefully. She had no intention of making her presence know to anyone. If they noticed her they noticed her. Her dark curly hair was left down and a few strands flew into her face.
The one thing everything had brought forth to her mind was she wasn't letting that happen again. Too much death and destruction. She didn't want to have to go through that again if it could be avoided. The Romans might not trust them but they still had no clue who had caused such death and destruction of their home so if they could stop it from happening here it would be great.

Deaspro had wandered this camp for some hours. She of course had to wait until she had gained her strength back. Shadow travelling across the country with a small group, even in smaller trip had left the daughter of Hades exhausted. By the time she arrived at camp she was on the verge of passing out. It had taken a few days to feel strong enough to wander the camp. Certainly getting to know this place a bit more could be useful. It was so different than camp half blood and she was not really sure what to think. Of course there came the fact she felt even more like an outsider here than she had before.
She didn't blame the Romans for hating them of course. They had showed up on their doorstep with little warning and expected aid. She was sure if the roles were reversed the outcome would be very similar. Though in her trip here she realized just how much of a home camp half blood had been to her. She wished she had realized it sooner.
In her wandering she found what seemed to be a weight room. She wandered the room curiously looking over what was around. She seen different things from punching bags to weights. Not that Deaspro really cared much for working out. Though the Romans seemed very big on fitness and combat. It was the greatest difference the two camps had. They all focused on different things. As her thoughts wandered she was completely oblivious to any who possibly could walk in.
Deaspro is a unique individual. Often staying to herself and is rather shy around others. Sometimes struggling to find where she belongs with others. Though quiet and distant she is definitely more than that. Though she can come off as untrusting of others she can be very kind. If you earn her trust she can be loyal and kind towards them. Though most times she comes off as serious and quick to anger. She doesn’t take criticism very well. Though definitely a bit more of the silent time she is a tough and brave individual. She is afraid to speak her mind and do what she thinks is right. To friends and those she cares about mean a lot to her. If anyone hurts them she won’t hesitate to step in. Though she does have a small fun loving side. She loves parties and sometimes disregards rules. She doesn’t often worry about consequences.
[attr="class","hopelovetitle"]BIOGRAPHY
[attr="class","hopelovetop"]
Deaspro was born to a family who weren’t the richest. They lived in Maine at the time. It was herself, her mother and a younger half sibling. Growing up she never knew her real father but her mother had relationships since the passing of her stepfather after her youngest sister Emily was born. As much as she didn't mind her mothers love life she was curious of her own father. Her mother simply told her he was gone and she was unaware of what truth she actually hid from her. Often Deaspro did her best to help support her family when she could by taking on small jobs. In her free time she often got into things she wasn’t supposed to. It wasn't that she had done it for bad reasons. Acting out often was a way for her to release pent up emotion and anger, though it probably could of been put into better means. Throughout early high school she was definitely a sort of party girl who didn’t care for rules. Many times this landed her in lots of trouble but it never stopped her. [break][break]
When she turned sixteen that was when she experienced her first monster. On her way home from some high school party she had left early after some argument with her friend over something stupid. She figured a walk could help clear her head before she got home to no doubt be yelled at. She didn't live far so the late night walk was nothing. She was nearly home when a hellhound attacked her from one of the ally ways . She was both confused and panicked. She didn't know what it was or why it attacked her. She was glad she was decent at navigating the streets and took many side streets and alley ways to try and escape. She had gotten lucky enough to climb a rather large fence and hid in a small abandoned building with a small broken window to wait it out. Waiting a bit until she was sure it was gone she finally hurried home. Most of what happened would have made her sound crazy as she explained it to her mother. Somehow she understood it though. That was when her mother explained who her father she never knew was. She didn't take well to the breaking news and there was definitely some arguing. She was upset and angry for not being told the truth. Her mother expressed that monsters would continue to show up. The only place safe was Camp Half Blood. Upon realizing the only way she could keep them safe and give Emily a normal life she chose to go. [Break][break]
So she made the trip with her family there. Leaving was hard as she had supported them most of her life. It was hardest to say goodbye to Emily who she had grown close to. She knew she was doing what was right for them. It hadn’t taken long to be claimed and slowly she adjusted and thought maybe she was fitting in. Of course she knew not everyone liked her dad but people couldn't choose their heritage. She accepted who she was and even learned of a few abilities she could use. She liked Shadow travel though she knew better than to use it for small things.[Break][break]
Until the attack came when she turned nineteen, it certainly changed things. She helped many campers escape and even with a few with the use of Shadow travel made her way to camp Jupiter with them. It had certainly taken multiple trips to make it across the entire country. Though coming to this new place was certainly a huge change. She had finally found her place in Camp Half Blood but was now forced to start a new. She felt even more like an outsider here, though they didn't seem to hate her father as much which was certainly a change. Maybe she could even make some new friends.
Geokinesis: As the daughter of Hades she possesses the ability to manipulate earth. Such as open fissures, move rocks and most minerals in different states (sand, dirt, rock). In some instances cause earthquakes. [break][break]
Weakness: The greater mass of earth she manipulates requires more energy. To move small rocks are easier than if she were to move a large boulder or open massive sinkholes and fissures. She also has to be able to see the rock or be relatively close to the ground to use her abilities. So she can’t be in an airplane or move rocks that she can’t see. If she pushes too far she can pass out or cause herself great fatigue or nose bleeds. [break][break]
Shadow travel: Like many of her half siblings she can manipulate and create shadows and darkness in order shadow travel to places. [break][break]
Weakness: For shadow travel it is very exhausting. The larger the distance travelled the more exhausting it can be. Sometimes to the point she will pass out for an extended period of time. The overuse of this ability also causes her molecular structure to fall apart and become shadow, if bad enough it can put her in a sort of coma. [break][break]
Necromancy: As her father is god of the underworld she can manipulate both death, the dead, speak to the dead and in rare instances resurrect the dead. She can summon and reanimate the dead. She can sense death and when it is near as well as speak to those who have died by summoning the souls. [break][break]
Weakness: The use of such abilities are a lot harder to use. Things like raising the dead are very exhausting to do. Same goes to resurrecting anyone, this can in worse case kill her so she chooses to simply avoid this ability all together. A life for life in the case of resurrections. Simply communicating with the dead isn’t very hard but they have to be familiar to her or she has some sort of object of theirs.
