Lemme lay this out, apologies if it doesn't make sense. She's very organized, introverted, and very independent. He's going to be almost the direct opposite of her. I'm thinking slightly chaotic, has a hard time sitting still, physical and loud guy. Likes to act first and think about consequences later. I can see them both being stubborn and snarky though. 

SO her job is to basically record and research, etc the history of Camp Jupiter and he has lived in Camp Half-Blood for most of his entire life, he is probably a trainer or teacher or something, knows a little about Camp Half-Blood's history. So the both of them are asked to do a small interview where she basically verifies stuff about Camp Half-Blood that Camp Jupiter has on their records. Easy right? Except it becomes glaringly obvious that they don't get along. About halfway through their sit-down he gets bored and starts messing with things around the artifact room where they're doing the interview. One of the items (that she doesn't realize he's messing with) is an old Roman Armilla band. He slips it on and the whole thing continues until they basically get annoyed with one another and she tells him to leave. Cue him walking to the door and realizing that he physically cannot leave the room. She walks over and he's able to move just a foot outside before he cannot physically move further. That's when they realize that he's slipped on the Armilla which has a twin that she happened to be wearing from earlier in the day.

The Armilla bands are cursed and basically, once they are put on, the two people who wear them cannot be more than five feet away from one another. The only way to remove them has been lost and so they have to research and find the Venus kid or someone in their line who made them who can un-do the curse. The cure to unlock them is also true love's kiss (credit Hayana) which they won't obviously find out until much much later. Cue the hilarity. I'm thinking of a few rapid-fire scenarios between them. Like she has a date and he has to sit a seat or two down from them and he makes snarky comments on how it's going while she gives him death glares or something. He wants to go train but she wants to read and they pull and push one another in a war of willpower to see who wins out (cue her throwing the book at him) Just super fun and hilarious hijinks because why not?? 

I feel like the longer they are stuck together the more they realize that they don't...necessarily....completely....dislike the other lol There are lots to play with in her past and their personalities and of course the whole roman/greek thing so if this makes any sense at all and you'd like to claim it let me know! Super open to other ideas with the plotting but I thought this could be a fun little meet-cute if you will.
